Shipping & Returns
PICK UP ORDERS
If you live locally in the South Island, New Zealand you are welcome to pick up your order. Please message me directly to arrange a time and if you have paid for postage I can refund this to you upon pickup.
DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed and sent out on Tuesday of each week.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. I try my best but alas I am a one-woman team!
NZ orders are shipped with overnight postage which has a target of the next working day however this is a guide only and may take longer. Rural addresses can take up to 4 working days.
Orders shipped overseas will take between 10- 30+ working days depending on the postage fee selected at checkout, and taking into account unforeseen delays and circumstances. Please be aware that I have no control over postal delays.
The last date we can send items, to arrive before Christmas is 10th December 2024.

3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
I am working on a way to deliver our products internationally via a website.
However until I crack it, I can process large orders over $500 NZD via email. This allows me to quote for shipping on each individual order, taking into account the what size/weight/restricted items.
All taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to place an international order over $500 NZD please send a detailed list or screen shot of the basket page with all the products you would like to buy to the email below, with the delivery address. I'll then send you a quote for delivery and an invoice for the items.
4. DAMAGES
All items will be insured to the value of goods sold when shipping.
Tamar Guse Fibre Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact me and I will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
4. RETURNS (refunds and exchanges)
I do not accept returns or exchanges on my items. However, if there is an issue with your item please contact me and I will do my best to help.
5. LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES
Please be aware that I am not personally responsible for any stolen packages. However If a package is lost or damaged I will do everything I can to help, including chasing this up with the post and passing on compensation to you or replacing the item.
Please make sure to enter correct shipping address to minimize the risk of the mailing service losing your package. I am not responsible for customers putting in the wrong address and a wrong address can also result in a package being lost.
Please also remember to track your packages to minimize risk of them being returned to me due to not being able to be delivered, or to see if they need to be collected from a collection point or depot. By purchasing from my shop you are agreeing to these terms
6. SALE ITEMS
I do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty.
